Terms of Use

The Services provide software tools for:

• creating and deploying trading strategies
• connecting to third-party exchanges via OAuth/API
• executing user-defined trading systems
• monitoring and managing trading activity

We are:

• not a broker
• not an exchange
• not a custodian
• not an investment adviser

We do not custody funds. All trading occurs on third-party platforms selected by you.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You are solely responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• securing your devices and authentication methods
• all activity conducted through your account

All actions taken through your account are deemed authorized by you unless prohibited by law.

You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

You may connect third-party accounts (e.g., exchanges) ("Linked Accounts").

By doing so:

• you authorize us to send instructions to those accounts
• you confirm you have authority to connect them
• you accept all consequences of activity through those connections

We do not control third-party exchanges and are not responsible for:

• order execution
• rejections or delays
• liquidations
• outages or failures

Any instruction submitted through:

• your account
• your automated systems
• your Linked Accounts

is deemed authorized by you.

This includes:

• orders
• cancellations
• strategy deployments
• configuration changes

You acknowledge:

• trading systems may operate without real-time human intervention
• systems may place, modify, or cancel orders automatically
• activity may continue until stopped

You are solely responsible for:

• monitoring your systems
• stopping or modifying them
• ensuring they behave as intended

This section describes your sole responsibility for configuration and strategy settings.

You are solely responsible for:

• strategy logic
• AI-generated outputs
• templates and scripts
• parameter inputs
• position sizing
• leverage
• risk settings

This includes all consequences of:

• fat-finger errors
• incorrect values
• incorrect configurations
• incorrect account selection
• incorrect deployments

We do not validate or verify any of the above.

We do not:

• review strategies
• validate correctness
• assess risk
• ensure profitability
• provide recommendations

All outputs (including AI-generated) may be:

• incomplete
• incorrect
• unstable

All trades are executed on third-party exchanges.

Trades:

• may not be reversible
• may be subject to exchange rules
• may result in liquidation

We cannot reverse or cancel executed trades.

We may, at our sole discretion:

• pause or stop systems
• throttle or limit activity
• block orders
• suspend accounts

This may occur for:

• security
• risk management
• abuse prevention
• system integrity

We are not liable for such actions.

We are not responsible for:

• exchange behavior
• API failures
• outages
• data inaccuracies

All third-party services are used at your own risk.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from:

• your use of the Services
• your trading activity
• your configurations
• your Linked Accounts

We may terminate access at any time without notice.

Trading involves substantial risk.

You may lose all capital.

Automated trading increases risk.

You are solely responsible for all outcomes.

You may submit, upload, or input strategy logic, scripts, templates, or other content ("User Content") into the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and submit such User Content
• your use of the User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, confidentiality, or contractual restrictions
• you will not upload or use any proprietary, paid, restricted, or invite-only content from third-party platforms without authorization

We do not:

• verify ownership or rights in User Content
• monitor User Content for infringement
• assume responsibility for any User Content submitted

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• remove or disable access to any User Content
• suspend or terminate accounts associated with suspected infringement

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your User Content.
